Let’s clear something up right now,  thrifting is not what it used to be. Especially when it comes to plus-size fashion. The outdated ideas around resale shopping have kept way too many women from experiencing how fun, stylish, and smart it can actually be.

Ivory & Main Thrift was built specifically for curves. That means no digging through racks of sizes that were never meant for you and no settling for “good enough.” Our thrift section is intentionally stocked with styles that fit beautifully and help you feel confident the moment you put them on.

Myth #3: Thrifting Means Old or Worn-Out Clothes

Absolutely not.

We only accept beautiful, gently-loved pieces that are ready for their second spotlight. Every item is checked for condition, wear, and overall quality before it ever touches the rack.

Want to make a donation to our thrift rack?

Drop-off days are Thursday-Sunday 11:30 am - 4:30 pm, each week at our Port Jefferson location. Please call ahead if there is inclement weather to confirm that we are open.

We are collecting donations and buy-backs in sizes 1X–4X (we’ll consider an XL if the cut runs generous). You can bring in up to 15 pieces at a time, and our team will review each item with you. For every approved piece, we’ll buy it outright, so you can earn cash or store credit right on the spot!
