    Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

    Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

    If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

    Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

    Returns

    Return Policy:

    Thank you for purchasing with Ivory & Main. All returns are refunded in the form of a store credit.  

    In order to be eligible for a credit, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition, and with all tags attached, that you received it and undamaged in any way.

    After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange and send you a store credit. The original reciept must be sent in with the exchange. 

    If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
