  Thanks for purchasing with Ivory & Main. All returns are refunded in the form of a shop credit.  

  In order to be eligible for a credit, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition, and with all tags attached, that you received it and undamaged in any way.

  After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange ans store credit.  The original reciept must be send in with the exchange.
